Howdy!  I’m Tina Waltke, an artist living in the metro Atlanta area.  I want to try every artsy-craftsy project I can before I die, which is an exciting goal if you ask me.  The name She Who Stamps came from my hobby of rubber stamping.  Right now, I’m needle felting like a mad woman.  Hence Needle Felting Mania, my Etsy shop.
